INGREDIENTS:
- 50ml Duppy Share Rum
- 10ml Fresh Pineapple Juice 10ml Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice 5 Raspberries (muddled)
- Top with 50ml Dalston's Fizzy Rhubarb
- Garnish: Dehydrated Pineapple Wheel, Mint Sprig and Raspberries
METHOD:
- Add all (except soda) in a shaker with ice
- Shake for 20secs
- Double strain into an ice filled tumbler
- Top with the Fizzy Rhubarb
- Stir and enjoy!
