YOU'LL NEED
Collins glass
Cubed ice
Lemon zest garnish
INGREDIENTS
25ml East London Liquor Co. London Dry Gin
10ml Crème De Peche
Dalston's Elderflower Seltzer Top
METHOD
1. Pour in the gin and Crème de Peche into a collins glass filled with cubed ice.
2. Add some Dalston's Elderflower Seltzer and stir to mix the ingredients
3. Top up with more ice and seltzer to the top before zesting with a lemon skin
