INGREDIENTS
25ml Sweetdram Smoked Spiced rum
25ml Pineapple juice
50ml Dalson Soda Orangeade
x4 raspberries
15ml prosecco
METHOD
1. Smash up two raspberries with the Sweetdram Rum and pineapple juice
2. Stain the liquid into a rocks glass
3. Top with ice and pour over 50ml of Dalston's Orangeade and finish with a splash of prosecco.
4. Garnish with two raspberries
